It was such a privilege getting to photograph this precious family at the hospital, not long after they welcomed their newest baby girl. She needed a bit of extra NICU love before going home, and mama wanted some photos of her and everyone loving on her while they were there. We talked through what was okay for baby as far as photos and mobility – in this case flash was a-okay, which was great because I did use it in this small room! This session was primarily covered on 35mm color film, with a few digital images as well.

Meeting your new baby earthside, and the beginning of the newborn bubble – is such a sacred time.
